By returning this survey response in the reply paid envelope provided to GPO Box 2697 Adelaide SA 5001, you will confirm your entry into the Win-A-Bed draw. People may also enter the Win-A-Bed draw by calling the 1800 number that appears on the Craftmatic television commercial which is aired from time to time around Australia.

Each draw has one bed prize up to a total value of $2,110.00.

To qualify for the most current drawing, all entries must be in 3 working days before the 90 day draw period.

No liability can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
